How to compose a post

Step 1:

• Open the ContentStudio Mobile App and log in.
• Tap the Pencil icon at the bottom of the screen and select your desired social profile.
• Tap Confirm.
• Tap on the + icon on the bottom left and add media files.
• Add your caption in the text area.

Alternatively, there can be a case where you don't want to post now. Instead, you might need to schedule, draft, queue, or seek approval for the post. To proceed with these actions, refer to the instructions below.

Schedule post

The following steps outline how to schedule a post.

1. Compose a post.
2. Select Schedule.
3. Select the desired Date.
4. Tap on Schedule Post.
5. Your post will be scheduled successfully.

2. Select the posting schedule as Draft Post.
3. Select the desired Date.
4. Tap on Save as Draft

1. Compose a post.
2. Select the posting schedule as Queue and tap Confirm.

Send for approval

1. Compose a post.
2. Toggle on the Send for Approval button and checkmark the desired posting schedule.
3. Tap Confirm
4. Select the Approvers and tap Next.
5. Choose if you want all the approvers to approve the post or not. Tap Confirm.
6. Select the posting date and tap Confirm.

2. Select the desired account to post on.
3. Add caption and media.
4. Select the posting schedule as Queue and toggle on Send for Approval. Tap Confirm.
