Exception handling in post-deletion
a. Failed deletion

- Back: Closes the popup without taking further action.
- Retry: Attempts the post-deletion process again. The post may be successfully deleted, or the error may still persist.
- Delete from ContentStudio Only: Removes the post from ContentStudio while leaving it published on the social media platform. In this case, you will need to delete the post manually from the platform.
b. API Limitations in Deletion Processes
- TikTok
- Facebook Stories
- Facebook Groups
- GMB Video

Following these steps will ensure that posts are removed from their respective platforms and ContentStudio, except where manual deletion is necessary.

c. Delete Partially Failed Post
- Go to Planner and select a partially failed post.

- Click on the post, and the preview will open, showing its statuses, including Published and Failed.

- Delete from ContentStudio Only: Removes the post only from ContentStudio.
- Delete from ContentStudio + Social Media Platforms: Deletes the post from both ContentStudio and the social media platforms where it was published.

- Delete Published Posts Only: Click "Select All" to delete only the published posts. The failed post will remain on the Planner list.

- Delete All Posts from ContentStudio: Click "Select All", then manually select the failed post and choose "Delete from ContentStudio Only" by checking the option. This will delete all posts from ContentStudio.
