Step 1: Enable Google 2-step verification (2FA)

1. Log in to your Google Account.
2. Go to the Security section from the left sidebar.
3. Under Signing in to Google, find 2-Step Verification and click Turn on.

The 2FA will be enabled.

Step 2: Generate an app password

1. Access App Passwords
   • Click App Passwords (visible only after enabling 2FA).
2. Generate App Password
   • Enter the App name and click Create.

3. Copy App Password
   • A 16-character password will be displayed. Copy it securely.

Step 3: Configure app password in White Label email settings

1. Log in to ContentStudio
   • Go to Settings > White Label > Email Settings.
2. Enter SMTP Details
   • SMTP Host: e.g., smtp.gmail.com
   • SMTP Port: 587 for TLS or 465 for SSL
   • SMTP Username: Your email address
   • SMTP Password: Paste the App Password you generated
   • Encryption: Select the encryption method based on your setup

3. Test & Save Configuration
   • Click Test SMTP Connection to verify the setup.
   • Once verified, click Save.
