How to set up your brand profile
Provide source material

- Go to Publisher. On the left panel, under AI Content Library, you can view two tabs: AI Posts<.strong> and Brand Settings.

- Before generating AI-powered posts, you'll need to set up your brand profile by providing source materials. You can do this from:

- The Brand Settings

- Click on the Brand Settings tab. If no profile is set, the system automatically opens the Setup Your Business Profile popup.

- You can use any or all of the following to help AI understand your brand:
🌐Website
- Enter your website's URL to let AI analyze and extract relevant brand information. Then click "Build My Brand Profile."
📄Text Description
- You can also paste text related to your brand, and AI will analyze it to extract key details. Click "Build My Brand Profile"
📁Upload Files
- You can upload documents like PDFs or text files, and AI will extract brand-relevant data. Upload multiple files (PDF, text, etc.) Click "Build My Brand Profile"
📱Social Accounts
- You can select connected social accounts to let AI extract insights from your content.
- You can choose from connected accounts. If none are connected, you'll see an option to Connect Account
- Select one or more accounts. Click "Build My Brand Profile"
Profile setup
Once you have provided your source material, the AI system analyzes and extracts brand-related information. This step ensures that your brand profile is automatically populated with the relevant attributes, saving you time and helping maintain consistency across all your posts. You can edit the fields as you like and move to the next

Once you have provided your source material, the AI system analyzes and extracts brand-related information. You can edit the fields as you like and move to the next.
🧵 Step 3: Topics
AI generates a list of recommended content topics/themes aligned with your brand.
Each topic includes:
- Title (visible upfront)
- Description (expandable and editable)
You can:
- Edit or delete AI-suggested topics
- Add new ones manually to align with your content strategy
Once you’re satisfied with the extracted and reviewed data, click Finish . Your profile is now saved and will be used to generate brand-specific content in the AI Content Library.
Brand Settings
You can change your brand setting by navigating to AI Content Library -> Brand Settings. You can add a new Style and Brand Voice.
Post Generation Settings
The Profile Generation Settings section allows you to configure basic post-generation settings to match your brand’s preferences and content strategy. You can choose how posts are styled, how many are created, what type they should be, and other behavioral cues like emojis and hashtag usage.
- You can set the post setting right after setting up the brand profile. Once you click finish in the last step, a popup will appear, which contains the Generate Content button with the following prefilled fields. You can change them as per your requirements.

- You can also set it up after completing your profile setup; go to the rand Settings section from within the AI Content Library. Here, you’ll find a range of customizable options under Post Generation Settings.
How to generate AI posts
Once your brand profile is set up, you can generate posts from the AI Posts section:

- Posts will be created automatically based on your profile settings. You can view them in the AI Posts section.

This opens a pop-up with the following options:

What can you do with AI posts?
Each AI post contains a content snippet, including text or images.

- Compose: Click the compose✏️ icon to open and modify the post in Composer.
- Regenerate: Click 🔁 to recreate the post with the original settings.

- Post type

You can also view how many AI credits are used for text and images created.

Q1. What happens if I skip setting up a profile?
A: You won’t be able to generate AI posts until a profile is created.
Q2. Is there a limit to file uploads?
A: You can upload multiple files, but make sure they’re in supported formats (PDF, TXT, etc.)
Q3. Can I change my profile settings later?
A: Yes, just go back to the Brand settings and update your source materials or customization settings.
Q4. Where do the generated posts go?
A: All AI-generated posts are saved in the AI Posts section.
Q5. Can I generate posts for different brands using the AI Content Library?
A: Yes, you can set up multiple brand profiles. Each brand profile will have its own voice, topics, and post-generation settings, allowing you to create tailored content for each brand.
Q6. What happens if I regenerate a post — does it use extra AI credits?
A: Yes, regenerating a post will consume additional AI credits based on the type of content generated (text and/or image).
Q7. Can I schedule AI-generated posts directly from the AI Posts view?
A: No, you first need to compose that post and then schedule it from the composer.
Q8. What if the AI generates content that doesn’t align with my brand?
A: You can always edit the post using the Composer or adjust your Brand Profile and Post Generation Settings to align future content better.
Q9. Will the AI remember my edits to improve future post-generations?
A: The AI doesn't learn from manual edits, but refining your Brand Profile and Post Generation Settings will help guide better outputs.
Q10. What happens to my AI-generated posts if I delete my brand profile?
A: Deleting a brand profile does not remove already generated posts. However, you can no longer generate new posts for that brand unless a new profile is created.
