How to adjust add-ons and view pricing

Go to Settings → Billing & Plan.

Click Increase Limits.

The popup will display:
    • Your current plan limits or already purchased add-ons.

Use the "+Add" or "−Remove" buttons to increase or decrease limits for available add-ons.
    • Limits cannot be set below your default plan values.
    • Add-ons respect maximum allowed limits where applicable.

Note:

  • When reducing your limits, you must remove any usage beyond your current plan. For example, if your plan allows 10 social accounts, but you've added 11 or 12, you’ll need to remove the extra accounts before decreasing the limit.

The total price updates in real-time based on:
    • Your selected add-ons.
    • Tiered pricing (where applicable).
    • Applicable annual discount (Advanced and Agency Unlimted only).

Once satisfied with your changes. Click Confirm Purchase. A confirmation popup will appear showing:
    • Add-ons (e.g., “2 Workspaces and 5 Team Members for $XX/month”).
    • Total monthly or yearly cost.
    • Billing cycle purchased.

Understanding prorated charges for add-ons

Billing will be prorated, which means you will be charged only for the portion of add-ons you use during a billing cycle.

For example:

  • If you upgrade your plan halfway through the month, you'll only be charged for the remaining days at the higher rate.
  • If you downgrade or remove an add-on mid-cycle, you will receive a credit for the unused portion, which will be automatically adjusted in your next billing cycle

Monthly Billing Example:

Let’s say:

  • You're on a monthly plan that renews on the 1st of every month.
  • On May 15th, you increase your Team Members limit by 2.
  • Each team member costs $10/month.

Prorated Charge:

  • Since you're only using those 2 additional team members for half the month, you’ll only be charged $10 (half of $20) for this cycle.
  • On June 1st, your full monthly bill will reflect the full charge for 2 extra members ($20).

Yearly Billing Example:

Let’s say:

  • You're on a yearly plan starting January 1st.
  • On May 1st, you add 5 more Social Accounts.
  • Each account (based on tier) costs $3/month = $36/year.

Prorated Charge:

  • You’ll be billed only for the remaining 8 months (May to December).
  • So, $36 x 5 accounts = $180/year, but since 4 months have passed, you pay for 8 months → (8/12) x $180 = $120.
  • The discount will be automatically applied to the yearly subscription.

Social Accounts

  • First 25 accounts: Included in the base plan
  • Next 25–50: $5/account/month
  • Next 51–100: $4/account/month
  • Next 101–200: $3/account/month
  • Next 201–500: $2/account/month
  • 501+: $1/account/month

AI Text Credits (Advance + Agency Unlimited Users)

  • 1,000 credits: $0.75/month
  • 99,000+ credits: $0.50/month
  • 1,000,000+ credits: $0.30/month

Important

  • Newly purchased add-ons will be charged to the existing payment method
  • The subscription will be updated once the purchase is confirmed.
  • Workspaces and Team Members are unlimited for the Agency Unlimited Plan.

FAQs

Q1. What happens if I try to reduce a limit but I’ve exceeded the current usage?

To reduce any limit (e.g., Social Accounts or Team Members), you must first bring your actual usage below or equal to your desired new limit. For example, if your plan allows 10 social accounts but you’re using 12, you'll need to disconnect 2 accounts before reducing the limit.

Q2. Can I preview the total cost before confirming the changes?

Yes, the pricing popup displays real-time cost calculations based on your selected add-ons and billing cycle. You’ll see the exact amount to be charged before proceeding.

Q3. Are add-on changes immediate, or do they apply in the next billing cycle?

Add-on changes take effect immediately, and you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

Q4. Is there a limit to how many times I can adjust add-ons?

There is no limit. You can increase or decrease add-ons anytime during your billing cycle. Pricing adjusts in real-time with each change.
