What is Social Listening?
Social Listening is the process of tracking online conversations related to specific keywords, brands, competitors, or topics across social media and web platforms.
In ContentStudio, Social Listening is organized through Topics. Each topic allows you to define:
- What you want to monitor

- Which keywords to track
- How mentions should be filtered
The system then collects mentions from your selected platforms and displays them in a centralized feed with AI-powered insights like sentiment analysis, tagging, and engagement categorization.
