How To Edit User Profile in Social Inbox?

ContentStudio presents a comprehensive Social Inbox where you can edit your user-profiles and add in information you would like to remember in the future. This calls for a customized and enhanced customer experience!

You can add in contact details (email, location, description, phone number, job title, company) in the profile so you would know how to contact them directly in the future. This feature also helps you remember the geographic details so you can better target them in your marketing campaigns later on.

Follow the below steps to edit user profiles in your Social Inbox.

1: Navigate to the user profile by clicking on a conversation in your Social Inbox.

On the left side of the conversation history, you will be able to view User History.

Click on the Edit option that's located on the top right of the user profile. It will appear as you hover over it.

You can add in details. Feel free to make the user profile as personalized as can be! You can add any information that you would want to remember in the future.

You can also tag your user profile or conversations for better management. Click on Add a New Tag for better diversification of messages.

Add tags that are relevant to your brand.
