How to edit user profile in social inbox?

With this feature, you can save key information such as a user’s email, location, job title, company, phone number, and custom descriptions, making it easier to identify and reach out to them in the future. Step by step process

Go to your Social Inbox.

Click on any conversation to open it. On the left side of the screen, you'll see the Details section, which shows the profile details of the user you’re chatting with.

Hover over the user profile, and an Edit icon will appear in the top-right corner. Click on it to begin editing.

Fill in or update any relevant details, such as:
  • Email
  • Description
  • Location
  • Phone
  • Job title
  • Company
