How to Add a Social Account to Social Inbox?

ContentStudio lets you connect Facebook and Instagram pages for Social Inbox. 

The process for doing this is exactly the same as connecting Facebook and Instagram to ContentStudio. Upon syncing your page, and with messaging permission granted, you will see a green tick box in front of them in Social Inbox, like this:

For the pages with no permission, you will see a red warning sign. You will not be shown interactions from these pages. Once connected, this is how you can filter by channel for management. 

Very soon you will also be able to manage Twitter messages and mention tweets in the Social Inbox!
