At the top of the conversation panel, click the magnifying glass icon to activate the search bar.

Type the name of the person whose messages or comments you want to find and press Enter.

You’ll instantly see all interactions from that user—including messages, comments, and replies—making it easy to follow the full conversation history in one place.

A: No, the search only retrieves active conversations. Archived or deleted messages won’t appear in search results unless unarchived.
