Can I Post to Facebook Group If I'm not the Admin?

You cannot automate posting to groups where you are not an admin. 

It is against their TOS. 

Furthermore, your Facebook account is at risk if you are using any tool to post in groups where you are not an admin because these tools use unauthorized ways of publishing content!
