Difference between Collaborator and Approver:
Collaborator
A collaborator is another entity in the company who performs the actions that are granted by the administrator. They have limited access than other team members. The administrators can mark the activities that are allowed for the collaborator. Whichever they deem necessary.
Approver:
Approver, on the other hand, has limited power.
He can:
- Review and approve posts as part of an Approval Workflow
- Cannot start the Approval process
