How a user can upgrade or create customize plan inside Content Studio



Content Studio offers complete flexibility for your billing & plan including upgrading of the existing plan.

The great thing is that you can tailor your subscription plan by purchasing extra limits as an add-on or by simply upgrading your plan.

For example, you've purchased Business and Agency (Medium) and now you wish to increase 2 team members, social accounts, blogs, or workspaces.

  1. You just need to acquire additional limits by tapping on the increase limits option from the Billing & Plan settings (as shown in the image below)

   2. Tap on the subscribe button to upgrade your subscription plan to get more features (as shown in the image below)

   3. By clicking the subscribe button will show you the various option to choose from. Billing is available on both; monthly and annual basis. Click on the choose plan option to upgrade.

  4. On the next screen, select the area where you are located.

   5. You can either pay through your card or PayPal

6. Enter your card details and click on Subscribe Now and you are done.

   7. Here you can also view your existing subscription details and upcoming payments inside the Billing&Plan.

   4. Moreover, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime inside the billing plan settings.

How to upgrade or customize the Growth plan:

Upgrading/ increasing limits from the growth plan are exactly the same as for other plans.

  1. You can upgrade your subscription plan by hovering over to the subscribe button and you can see various options (as shown in the image below)

  2. You can also just acquire the addons limits required such as additional workspaces, Blogs, social accounts in the growth plan.

  3. You can also update your payment card details or cancel the subscription under  your subscription option (as shown in the image below).

Note

  • Only the super admin of the workspace can upgrade the subscription plan as a whole.
  • When you tap on the increase limits option the default selection shown there is just so you can see how much each individual increments costs.
  • Alternatively, you can also upgrade your plan or your individual limits from the account dashboard as well.
