AI Best time to Post

Knowing when to publish your content can make a big difference in reach and engagement. ContentStudio’s Best Time to Post feature helps you schedule posts at optimal times using AI-powered suggestions based on audience behavior.

With the latest updates, you can now apply custom best times for each social account, giving you more flexibility and control when posting to multiple platforms.

How to Use AI Best Time to Post

1 From the Home page, click Compose, select the social accounts you want to publish on, and create your post.

2 In the posting schedule section, click AI Best Time to Post to view recommended posting times.

3 A heatmap will appear showing suggested time slots based on engagement trends.

Choose Recommended Times:
- From the heatmap, hover over the blocks to preview recommended times.
- Click a block to select a suggested posting time.

4 Apply Custom Time for Each Account:
Click the "Click here" option in the message to open the Schedule popup with Custom Time enabled for each account. Here you’ll see:
- Each selected platform listed separately
- An AI Best Time to Post option for each account

5 Use AI Recommendations:
You can:
- Click the ✨ icon to apply AI-recommended time for an individual platform
- Use Apply Best Times to apply AI suggestions to all selected accounts at once

6 Confirm and Schedule:
Once you click on the times, they will be applied to the selected platforms.
After reviewing, click Continue to finalize your schedule.

7 Apply Same Time for All Platforms Using AI:
Select the "Same Time" option, then click AI Best Time to Post. A list of recommended times will appear. Click your desired time — it will be applied to all selected platforms. Finally, click Continue to finalize the schedule.
