Let's talk about how you can view the posts in the new Planner. You can view it from the top right corner and it will show your work plans in four different formats.

Compact list View: With the column resizing functionality, you can fit more columns into your list view and get a compact view of your posts.

List view: You can also select “List” to view your content in a list form, one after the other.

Feed view: This will allow you to see a direct preview of your content and approve it easily.

Calender view: You're able to select a monthly or weekly view of your calendar which will allow you to plan your content on a Calendar view with either a month or a week focus. You can switch between the views by clicking the button in the top right corner.

Now you can also manage columns as per your need. See attached GIF

Before date selection field is on the top right side.

Now you can select the pecific date range from the top left side.

In the new planner, you can also search your post with the title.

Filter posts in the planner

In the old planner, you can filter your posts from the right side.

However, in the new planner, the filters option is on the left side under the workspace.

The planner module lets you view all your scheduled, planned, and published content. To organize your content, you can apply filters to monitor all the posts. Filters are arranged differently in the new planner. Here's the order in which they appear:

  • status of your posts
  • accounts
  • assigned to
  • created by
  • content-type
  • labels
  • campaign folder
  • and lastly the content categories

We have discussed each filter briefly.

Filter by status:

You can also filter your posts status-wise. Each status type is assigned a color which also appears with each individual post in the list/ calendar/feed and compact list view of your posts. Below are the categories

  • In Progress: The status of some posts will appear as "In Progress" for some users, and then revert back to when the job triggers again.
  • Scheduled: Scheduled posts are assigned the orange color. These are all the pending posts that are planned for your accounts.
  • Published: All the pending posts that are published on your social channels, appear with a green bar on your social calendar.
  • Partially failed: These posts include both published and failed posts. We have added this feature so that when you select the multiple social channels for posting and if
any posts out of these get failed and the other gets published so you can check this from the partially failed option.
  • Failed: All such posts that, for some reason, fail to publish fall in this category with a red tag on them. You can view your post and reschedule it for your channels.
  • Rejected: As you know a person having higher authority can reject or approve all the posts. All the rejected posts appear with a soft red tag.
  • In Review: While composing a post, if the team member chooses the option "I'd like to review before it is published", the posts go in the Under review section. These posts get reviewed by the super-admin and get published in case they approve them.
  • Missed Review: If the super-admin forgets to review the posts with the "Under review" tag, all such posts appear with a "Missed Review" tag.
  • Draft: All the unscheduled posts are saved as a draft and can be viewed by selecting this filter.

Filter by accounts:

You can select accounts from your connected social channels to limit the posts for these accounts only. This filter helps you specify the posts for each channel and draws a clearer picture for you.

Filter by members:

You may have different team members managing your brands for you. Easily assess each of the team members by supervising their activities.

Filter by content-type:

You can also filter your posts by the content type for your posts. This list contains all the types of campaigns that you have created with your account. For example, all your repeat posts, article automation posts, video automation posts, Evergreen automation posts, RSS automation posts, CSV automation posts and queued posts.

Filter by Labels:

In case you're handling multiple brands and campaigns from your account, you can create specific labels for your posts. Filter out all the label specific and regulate the complexity of your campaigns.

Filter by Campaign Folder:

Using this option you can also search and select campaign folders

Filter by Content Categories:

You can also select your Content Categories post by selecting any of the categories created before

Once you've used all the filters, click Apply or reset them.
