How to Use Recovery/Backup codes
After two-factor authentication is enabled, a screen will appear showing your recovery/backup codes. You can use these codes if you misplace your device or if there is no internet available.
You can also use the download, print, and copy options to save your recovery/backup codes for later use.
After you have consumed all nine backup codes, you can regenerate new codes to receive backup codes again.
This is how two-factor authentication helps make your account more secure.
How to log in using Backup codes
If you’re unable to access your authentication app, you can use one of your recovery/backup codes to log in to your account.

On the login screen, enter your email and password as usual.

When prompted for the authentication code, click Verify using backup codes.

You will be redirected to the backup code verification screen.

Enter one of your unused recovery/backup codes.

Click Submit to complete the login process.
Note: Each backup code can be used only once. After all backup codes are consumed, you’ll need to regenerate new ones from your account security settings.
