Here's a step-by-step guide to help users understand and make the most of ContentStudio's recently launched AI Blog Assistant.
1. Accessing the AI Blog Assistant
➡️Once you log in to your ContentStudio account, navigate to the blog post from the dashboard.
2. Generating Blog Titles
➡️Enter a brief description or keywords about a topic idea for your blog
➡️Click on generate title. The AI Blog Assistant will provide a list of creative and relevant blog title suggestions based on your input.
3. Selecting a Blog Title
➡️Review the generated titles.
➡️Choose the one that best aligns with your content goals and audience.
➡️Click on the selected title to proceed.
4. Writing the blog post
➡️After selecting the Title, click on Chat AI bot from the right top corner.
➡️A widget or interface will appear, allowing you to type your messages. Begin by typing a message or a question in the chat window. You can also choose Quick prompts to make your content more engaging and well-written.
➡️You can click on the prompts to find the AI Blog Assistant's predefined prompts that will help you write complete blog post. Some of the most used prompts are:
- Full blog generator
- Blog Ideas and Titles
- Blog introduction

- Blog section completer
- Blog Conclusion paragraph
➡️For example, first, you want to create a blog outline. The AI Blog Assistant provides various outline templates to create a blog outline. Pick the template that fits the blog post you want to write and enter your topic in the brackets. Once you've chosen the right outline, click the send button for the AI to generate the full outline. This lets you easily produce a blog post outline tailored to your needs.
➡️Once you get the outline, click on editor to add it to the blog post section. You can explain the outline headings one by one or you can also move to the next prompt.
➡️ Here, I asked the assistant to write the first section of my blog outline. It produced the outline content extremely well, as shown in the below image. You can also use quick prompts if you wish to expand, shorten, or summarize your content.
➡️Now I requested it generate the content for the third heading in my outline. Again, the assistant produced relevant results that aligned perfectly with my outline.
➡️In this way, you can write your blog post efficiently. You can switch to prompts anytime according to your need. For instance, if you want the assistant to conclude a paragraph or section, you prompt it to do so. This flexibility makes it seamless to create a structured, comprehensive blog outline that allows you to write the full post efficiently.
