How to use Instagram Grid View in ContentStudio

The Instagram Grid View is a powerful tool for creating a visually appealing and engaging Instagram feed. It provides a visual preview of your scheduled and published Instagram posts, making your profile look more organized and aesthetically pleasing.

➡️ To see the Instagram Grid view, navigate to PlannerInstagram Grid View.

➡️ By default, the first Instagram account is selected, and you can only have one Instagram account enabled at a time.

Important:

1. The Grid view displays posts from Content Studio and Instagram.

2. The Grid view shows the 100 most recent Instagram posts.

  • For new users (linking their Instagram with Content Studio), it shows the recent 100 posts published on Instagram.
  • For existing users, it shows the recent 100 posts published on Instagram, plus the posts created through Content Studio

How Your Instagram Grid View Works

The Visual Planner lets you see how your scheduled posts will look next to your published ones, allowing you to create a visually appealing feed.

➡️ In the Grid view, available as a Mobile preview, you can see your feed, reels, and Stories (posted through Content Studio).

➡️ The Grid view makes it easy to identify failed, scheduled, published, and partially failed posts by displaying status icons on each.

➡️ Posts without an icon were created directly on Instagram.

➡️ In the Grid view, we only show:

Posts with one of the following statuses:

  • In Progress Instagram Posts
  • Scheduled Instagram Posts
  • Published Instagram Posts
  • Partially failed Instagram Posts
  • Failed Instagram Posts
  • Rejected Instagram Posts
  • In Review Instagram Posts
  • Missed Review Instagram Posts
  • Draft Instagram Posts

➡️ When you choose the 'partially failed' status and select an Instagram account, the system displays posts that either failed or were published on the chosen instagram account but failed on other platforms.

➡️ You can also check the post status to clarify which posts failed to deliver on which profiles.

➡️ As the user clicks on the post from the right panel, the post preview is opened

➡️ Click the three dots next to any scheduled, draft, or failed post to view more options. The menu provides the same actions as the planner list view.

➡️ A post with a published and deleted status means that it was published through Content Studio but later deleted on Instagram.

Drag Drop posts

In the grid view, you can use drag-and-drop functionality to reschedule posts, thereby facilitating the adjustment of post dates. It's important to note that this feature is available exclusively for posts in draft, scheduled, and in-review statuses.

That was all about Instagram Grid View 👏
