How to use Instagram Grid View in ContentStudio
The Instagram Grid View is a powerful tool that can help you create a visually appealing and engaging Instagram feed. It provides a visual preview of your scheduled and published Instagram posts. This makes your profile look more organized and aesthetically pleasing.
➡️ To see the Instagram Grid view, navigate to Planner > Instagram Grid View.
➡️ By default, the first Instagram account is selected and you can only have one Instagram account enabled at a time.
Important:
1. The Grid view displays posts created by both Content Studio and Instagram.
2. The grid view shows the 100 most recent Instagram posts.
- For new users (linking their Instagram with Content Studio), it shows the recent 100 posts published on Instagram.
- For existing users, it shows the recent 100 posts published on Instagram, plus the posts created through Content Studio
How Your Instagram Grid View Works
The Visual Planner lets you see how your scheduled posts will look next to your published ones, so you can create a visually appealing feed.
➡️ In the Grid view — available also as a Mobile preview —you can see your feed, reels, and Stories (posted through Content Studio).
➡️ The Grid view makes it easy to identify failed, scheduled, published, and partially failed posts by displaying status icons on each.
➡️ Posts without an icon were created directly on Instagram.
➡️ In the Grid view, we only show:
Posts with one of the following statuses:
- Scheduled Instagram Posts
- Published Instagram Posts
- Partially failed Instagram Posts
- Failed Instagram Posts
➡️ When you select partially failed status, and select one of the accounts it shows posts that failed on Instagram and published on any other platform.
➡️ When you select partially failed status, and select one of the accounts it shows posts that published on Instagram and failed on any other platform.
➡️ You can also check the post status to have more clarity on which post failed to deliver on which profiles.
➡️ As user clicks on the post from right panel, the post preview is opened
➡️ Click the three dots next to any scheduled, draft, or failed post to view more options. The menu provides the same actions as the planner list view.
➡️ The post with published and deleted status means that the post was published through Content Studio but later deleted on Instagram.
