Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I view these metrics in ContentStudio?

All of these metrics are available in the Analytics section of ContentStudio. Connect your social account, open the relevant report, and select a date range to see the page-level and post-level data described above.

How often are the metrics updated?

ContentStudio refreshes analytics data regularly by syncing with each network's API. Some metrics may take time to appear because the social platforms themselves process and report certain insights with a delay.

Why do some metrics show no data?

A metric may appear empty if there was no activity during the selected period, if the connected account lacks the required permissions, or if the network does not make that particular insight available. Reconnecting the account and choosing a wider date range usually resolves the issue.

Are Instagram and LinkedIn metrics the same as Facebook?

Each network exposes a different set of insights, so the available metrics vary by platform. Many core measures such as reach, impressions, and engagement are tracked everywhere, while some data points are specific to a single network. Refer to the dedicated section for each platform above to see exactly what is collected.
