Youtube Errors While Publishing

Publishing videos to YouTube from ContentStudio can occasionally result in errors due to channel permissions, video metadata, playlists, or keyword limitations. This guide lists the most common errors and provides solutions to help you resolve them quickly and continue publishing smoothly.

Error 1: Channel Not Found

Solution:

Please try using the owner's Google account and then reconnect. Even if you have manager access, you will not be able to add the channel to ContentStudio.

Error 2: Invalid or Empty Video Title/Description

Solution:

YouTube allows all UTF-8 characters except angled brackets (><). Modify your title/description to remove disallowed characters.

Error 3: Playlist Not Found

Solution:

This occurs when the playlist you added the video to has been deleted. Choose another playlist or leave the playlist field empty and try re-publishing.

Error 4: Invalid Video Keywords

Solution:

YouTube allows a maximum of 500 characters for all tags, including spaces. Reduce the number of tags to keep only relevant ones.

Q4: Why am I getting an 'invalid video keywords' error?

A: YouTube allows a maximum of 500 characters for all tags, including spaces. Reduce the number of tags to include only relevant keywords.
