The mobile app allows you to compose social posts for all the social media platforms on the go. It makes it easier for you to publish a post from anywhere in the world.

In the revamped mobile app, we have introduced the publishing to TikTok and YouTube, now you can easily compose posts for TikTok and YouTube.
How to Compose a Post
Step 1:
- Open the ContentStudio Mobile App and log in.
- Tap the Pencil icon at the bottom of the screen and select your desired social profile.
- Tap Confirm.
- Tap on the + icon on the bottom left and add media files.
- Add your caption in the text area.
Step 2:
Post Settings
- Tap on Post Settings and select the Post type.
- Update the Title (if required).
- Tap Confirm.
- Your post is ready to be published, tap on Post Now
- The account with this red alert indicates that the account needs to be reconnected.
- There will be different post settings for each social media platform.
Alternatively, there can be a case where you don't want to post now. Instead, you might need to schedule, draft, queue, or seek approval for the post. To proceed with these actions, refer to the instructions below.
Schedule Post
The following steps outline how to schedule a post.
- Compose a post.
- Select Schedule.
- Select the desired Date
- Tap on Schedule Post.
- Your post hasbeen scheduled successfully.
Draft Post
- Compose a post.
- Select posting schedule as Draft Post.
- Select the desired Date.
- Tap on Save as Draft
Add to Queue
- Compose a post.
- Select the posting schedule as Queue and tap Confirm.
Send for Approval
- Compose a post.
- Toggle on the Send for Approval button and checkmark the desired posting schedule.
- Tap Confirm
- Select the Approvers and tap Next.
- Choose if you want all the approvers to approve the post or not. Tap Confirm.
- Select the posting date and tap Confirm.
Send for Approval as a Queued post
- Compose a post.
- Select the desired account to post on.
- Add caption and media.
- Select the posting schedule as Queue and toggle on Send for Approval. Tap Confirm.
- Select the Approvers and Tap Next.
- Add Notes and choose who can approve.
- Tap Send for Queue.
Custom Content
In order to post on multiple social media platforms and customize your content accordingly, please follow the outlined steps below:
- Select the desired social media platforms where you intend to post your content.
- Compose your post by inputting the desired text, images, or media content.
- Toggle on the "Custom Content" button.
- Once the "Custom Content" option is enabled, you will observe separate editing options corresponding to each platform you have selected.
- Customize your content as needed for each platform, utilizing the respective editing options available.

1: Can I edit or modify a scheduled post before it goes live?
- Yes, you can make changes to a scheduled post before its publication. The Content Studio Mobile App allows you to revisit your scheduled posts, make edits as needed, and ensure your content is always up-to-date.
2: What if the scheduled post is sent for approval but the scheduled date has passed?
- The post will be not be published and marked as missed review.
3: Can I view the approval status of the post?
- Yes you can check the approval status by accessing the planner section and editing the post.
4. How do I customize content for different social media platforms?
- To customize content, select the desired platforms, compose your post, and enable the "Custom Content" option.
5. Can I save a post as a draft for later editing?
- Yes, you can save a post as a draft by selecting the "Draft Post" option when composing.
