Media Library: Global Media Management
In ContentStudio, efficient media asset management is vital for productivity and collaboration. This document proposes a global media folder accessible across all workspaces, eliminating file duplication and the need to switch between workspaces, thereby enhancing efficiency and simplifying media management.

- You can access the media library through the composer or by directly clicking on the Media Library.
- You can rename the folder by clicking the three dots next to the folder name.
- To upload a file, click on the Upload button to upload files.
Important points:
- The user cannot delete the global media folder.
- The user can create a subfolder under the global media Folder.
- The user can drag and drop the media from other folders to the global folder and vice versa.
