FAQs
Q1. Who can see my Internal notes?
A: Internal notes are only visible to internal team members, and clients cannot view or interact with internal notes.
Q2. Why can't I tag a client in my comment?
A: If you have the "Internal Note" toggle enabled, you won’t be able to tag clients, as internal notes are restricted to internal team members only. Disable the toggle if you intend to make a shared comment where client tagging is allowed.
Q3. What happens if multiple team members edit the same comment?
A: Only the original author of the comment can edit it. If others need to make changes, they must post a new comment or request the original author to make the necessary edits. This prevents confusion and ensures that comment ownership is clear.
Q4. If I share a draft post and someone comments through the shareable link, will those comments be visible when I edit the post again?
A: Yes, any comments added through the shareable link will be displayed when you open and edit the draft post again. These comments will appear in the unified comment section, following the same rules as other comments.
