White Label 🏷️

White Labeling in ContentStudio lets you turn the platform into your own branded experience. Replace ContentStudio’s name, logo, and domain with your own so everything feels tailor-made for your business.

From emails and reports to the main dashboard, every detail reflects your identity—making ContentStudio look and feel like a tool built exclusively for your brand.

Accessing White Label

Click on your profile picture and select White Label.

Select your add-on and click Purchase Now.

Only Super Admins and Admins with billing access can purchase the White Label add-on. Once it has been purchased, any Admin (Super Admin, Admin with billing access, or Admin without billing access) can set up the White Label.

Check your email and country, then click Continue.

Enter your payment details and click Subscribe Now.

Once done, you can view the three settings in the tabs: General, Domain, and Email.

General Settings:

Start by entering data in the General settings:

  • Business Name – Enter the name of your business or brand as you want it to appear across the platform. This name will be visible to clients and included in notifications.
  • Website – Provide your business website URL. This link will be used in emails to redirect clients back to your site.
  • Business Logo – Upload your logo. Recommended size: 250 Ă— 150 px. This logo represents your brand across the platform and in email communications.
  • Favicon – Upload a favicon image. Recommended size: 32 Ă— 32 px. This appears in browser tabs and email previews.

After entering the data, click Next.

Theme Settings

When you open Theme Settings, the Custom Theme option is selected by default.

The system automatically extracts your brand colors (from your logo and brand details) and applies them as the default theme.

  1. Pre-made Themes

If you prefer, you can switch to the Pre-made Themes tab to explore a collection of ready-made color palettes and styles.

Browse the available options, select the one you like, and click Next to move forward.

After setting the theme , Click Next.

Domain Settings

Enter your White Label Domain (the agency domain name you want to use for your White Label dashboard).

Go to the DNS settings of your custom domain.

Create a CNAME record pointing to whitelabel.contentstudio.io.
  • Type – Defines the DNS record type (e.g., CNAME) based on your configuration needs. The service you are setting up (email provider, hosting service, or platform provider) usually provides this information.
  • Host – Specifies the subdomain or hostname within your domain to which the DNS record applies. Your service provider will provide the correct host (subdomain or root domain).
  • Value – Contains the actual data associated with the DNS record (e.g., IP address, domain name, or text string) as provided by the service requiring the DNS setup.

After entering the required information, click Next.

After adding the domain, verifying may take a few minutes or up to 24 hours. The configuration can only be completed once the domain is successfully verified.

Email Settings

Enter the required data in the email settings.

  • SMTP Host – Enter the SMTP server address used to send emails from your White Label platform (e.g., smtp.gmail.com). Your email service provider typically provides this.
  • SMTP Port – Enter the SMTP port number for sending emails (e.g., 587 for TLS or 465 for SSL). Your email service provider provides this.
  • SMTP Username – Enter the username for your SMTP server (typically your email address or a unique identifier).
  • SMTP Password – Enter the password associated with your SMTP username, provided by your email service provider. For Gmail users, you may need to create an App Password instead of your regular account password. Keep it secure.
  • From Email – Enter the email address that will appear as the sender in emails sent from your platform (e.g., support@yourdomain.com).
  • Sender Name – Enter the name that will appear as the sender in emails (e.g., "Your Brand Support") to help clients recognize the source.
  • Encryption – Select the encryption method (e.g., TLS or SSL) recommended by your email service provider.

After entering all the information, click Test SMTP Connection to verify SMTP and then click Save.

A White Label activation popup will appear. Choose whether to notify all team members via email about the White Label activation. This sends the White Label URL notification to all team members in the workspace.

You can also copy and share the White Label URL with your team members or clients to give them direct access externally.

Finally, click Let's Go to White Label to access the URL directly.

What areas will be impacted by White Label?

Super Admins and admins implementing white-label settings will see the following changes across the product:

Custom Domain – The platform domain will be replaced with your configured custom domain.

Custom Branding – The business name will be replaced with your custom brand name (e.g., from ContentStudio to Pixel & Pioneer). The logo will also update to your uploaded business logo.

Custom Business Name – The name ContentStudio will be replaced by your custom business name across different areas, such as the Social Accounts list.

Custom Logo – Your uploaded business logo will appear in the main menu, replacing the default ContentStudio logo.

Email Personalization – All email notifications will display your updated business name and logo for a fully branded experience.

Reports – The logo in downloaded analytics reports will also be updated with your custom business logo.

🎉 Your White Label setup is now complete. All branding, domains, emails, and reports will reflect your custom business identity across ContentStudio.

Q1: How does the White Label feature benefit my business?

A: White Labeling allows you to present ContentStudio as your own branded platform. It strengthens client trust and delivers a seamless, professional experience under your business identity.

Q2: Can I customize the platform to reflect my brand, including emails and the login page?

A: Yes. You can customize the platform’s name, logo, favicon, and email notifications. Your login page will also display your brand name and logo for a fully branded experience.

Q3: How will White Label activation affect my clients?

A: Your clients will only see your business name, logo, and domain. All references to ContentStudio are removed, making the platform appear entirely yours.

Q4: How can I notify my team or clients once White Label is live?

A: You can either send an automated email notification to all team members or copy and share the White Label URL directly with team members and clients.

Q5: Will enabling White Label affect existing platform features?

A: No. White Label only changes the branding elements (name, logo, domain, emails, reports). All features and functionality of ContentStudio remain the same.

Q6: What happens if I log in from app.contentstudio.io instead of my White Label URL?

A: You can still log in normally, but the platform will display ContentStudio’s branding (logo, name, URL). To see your custom branding, use your White Label domain.
