Accessing White Label
- Go to ContentStudio and log in to your account.
💡Ensure you are logged in as a Super Admin or an Admin user with billing access.
- Click on your profile picture and click the White Label.
- Select your add-on and click Purchase Now.
- Check your email and country, and click Continue.
- Enter your payment details and click Subscribe now.
You will be subscribed to the White Label. 💥
- Once done, you can view the three settings in the tabs: General, Domain, and Email.
⚙️ General Settings:
Start entering data in the General settings:
- Business Name: Enter your business name or brand as you want to appear throughout the platform. This name will be visible to your clients and in notifications.
- Website: Enter your business website URL. These links will be used in emails to redirect clients to your site.
- Business Logo: Upload your (250*150 px) logo to represent your brand across the platform and in emails.
- Favicon: Upload your favicon image (32*32px) for browser tabs to represent your brand across the platform and in emails.
After entering the data, click Next.
🌐Domain Settings
Enter the required data in the domain settings:
- White Label Domain: Enter the agency domain name to set up your White-Label dashboard.
- Go to the DNS settings of your custom domain.
- Create a CNAME record with the "Whitelabel.contentstudio.io"
You can follow the below links to add the CNAME on your registrar:
💬After adding the domain, verifying may take a few minutes or up to 24 hours. The configuration can only be completed once the domain is successfully verified.
- Type: This field defines the DNS record type, such as CNAME, based on your configuration needs. The service you are setting up (e.g., email provider, hosting service, or platform provider) usually provides this information.
- Host: This field specifies the subdomain or hostname within your domain to which the DNS record applies. The service provider also provides the host (subdomain or root domain) details.
- Value: This field holds the actual data associated with the DNS record. The service requiring the DNS setup provides the value (e.g., IP address, domain name, or text string).
After entering the required information, click Next.
✉️Email Settings
Enter the required data in the email settings.
- SMTP Host: Enter the SMTP server address used to send emails from your white-label platform (e.g., smtp.gmail.com). Your email service provider typically provides this.
- SMTP Port: Enter the SMTP port number for sending emails (e.g., 587 for TLS or 465 for SSL). Your email service provider provides this.
- SMTP Username: To authenticate email sending, enter the username for your SMTP server (typically your email address or a unique identifier).
- SMTP Password: Enter the password associated with your SMTP username, provided by your email service provider, to authenticate email sending. Keep it secure
- From Email: Enter the email address that will appear as the sender in emails sent from your platform (e.g., support@yourdomain.com). Your email service provider typically provides this.
- Sender Name: Enter the name that will appear as the sender in emails (e.g., 'Your Brand Support'). This helps clients recognize the email source.
- Encryption: Select the encryption method.
After entering all the information, click Test SMTP Connection to verify SMTP and click Save.
A White Label activation popup will appear, presenting the following options:
- Notify all team members via email about the White Label activation. This will send a white-label URL notification to all the team members currently added to the workspace.
- Copy and share the White Label URL with your team members or clients. This will help the user to share the white label URL externally.
- Click "Let's Go to White Label" to access the URL directly.

What areas will be impacted by White Label?
Super Admins and admins implementing white-label settings will see the following changes across the product:
- Custom domain
- The domain will be changed to the user's custom domain.
- Custom branding
- The business name will be changed from ContentStudio to custom, e.g., Pixel & Pioneer.
- The logo will be updated with the user's business logo.
- "ContentStudio" will be replaced by the custom business name in various areas:
- Social accounts list
- The custom business logo appears in the main menu.
- Email personalization:
- All the email notifications will have the updated business logo and business name.
- Reports:
- The analytics downloaded reports logo will also be updated with your custom logo.
