Connecting Bluesky to ContentStudio

You can now connect your Bluesky social account to ContentStudio for streamlined social media management. This document outlines the step-by-step workflow, acceptance criteria, and error handling for connecting your Bluesky profile.

Connecting a Bluesky profile

Navigate to Settings → Social Accounts.

In the Social Account Settings section, locate the Connect Social Account.

From the Social Accounts section, locate Bluesky and click Connect.

A pop-up will appear with the following fields:
  • Username: Copy your Bluesky username (handle) displayed below your name and paste it here.
  • Password: Enter your Bluesky password, or generate a Bluesky App Password by clicking Generate Bluesky App Password.

You’ll be redirected to the App Password section of your Bluesky account. Click Add App Password.

A pop-up will appear to generate a new app password. Enter a unique app name and click Next.

Copy the generated password from Bluesky and click Done.

Return to the Connect Bluesky pop-up in ContentStudio, paste the password into the Bluesky App Password field, and click Connect Profile.

The Bluesky profile will be successfully connected and appear under the Bluesky section.

Connect Bluesky via EasyConnect

You can also connect the Bluesky account using EasyConnect.

Navigate to Settings → Social Accounts.

Click Create New Link.

Add the link title, enter the password, and click Create.

Copy the generated link and share it with your client.

When the link is opened, the client will enter the password and click Continue.

The next screen will allow the user to connect the Bluesky account by following the steps outlined above.
