Publishing/scheduling a post on Bluesky

Before composing a post, connect your Bluesky account to the ContentStudio.

Navigate to Compose Post.

Select one or more Bluesky accounts from the account list. Compose your post, add captions and media, and preview it on the right-hand side of the screen.

Once your post is ready, click Post now or choose a posting schedule.

Technical Requirements
  • Characters: Up to 300 characters per post
  • Threads: Up to 25 threads or replies, each with a 300-character limit
  • Images:
    • Maximum 4 images per post
    • Formats: JPEG (JPG), PNG
    • Maximum file size: 1 MB
  • Video:
    • Formats: MOV or MP4
    • 1 video per post

The published post will appear on Bluesky as shown below.

Users can create multi-thread posts on Bluesky, allowing up to 25 threads or replies, with each thread adhering to the 300-character limit.

While composing a post, turn on the Bluesky Threads toggle.

Add hashtags, format text, insert emojis, and upload media in the thread.

Click Add more to create additional threads and preview them on the right-hand side.

You can also plan your Bluesky content using content categories.

Open Settings and navigate to Content Categories.

Add the category name, choose a color, select the category type, select your Bluesky account, and click Next.
