In this article:
Post Feed Content and Stories Together
Go to Compose → Social Post, select your Instagram account, and compose your post.
Add your caption and upload an image for your feed post.

In the Instagram settings, select the post type as "Feed".
Then, toggle on the Add to Story option to share the same post as a story.
You will see a preview of both the feed post and the story on the right side of the screen.
Once you publish, your content will be shared simultaneously as a feed post and a story.
Posting a reel post with the story
Add your caption and upload a video for your reel post.
