Campaign and label enhancements

Campaign and label features have been enhanced for better organization and ease of use. You can now quickly assign campaigns and labels to multiple posts in the Planner, enjoy an improved interface in the Composer, and manage them effortlessly through Miscellaneous Settings. These updates enhance the efficiency and streamline the process of organizing your content.

Assigning campaigns and labels to multiple posts in the planner

When working in the Planner Module (either in List view or Compact List view), you can select multiple posts and apply bulk actions to them. Two options will be available from the dropdown:

  • Campaign
  • Label

Moving posts to a campaign folder

Select multiple posts in the Planner module by checking the boxes next to each post.

In the bulk actions dropdown, choose Campaign . A dropdown titled Campaign will appear, displaying a list of already created campaigns. Select the desired campaign from the list and click Save.

The selected posts will be moved to the chosen campaign folder and associated with that campaign.


Assigning labels to posts

Select multiple posts in the Planner Module by checking the boxes following each post

In the bulk actions dropdown, choose Label. A dropdown titled Label will appear, showing the list of available labels. You can select one or more labels from the list to apply to the selected posts.
Select the label and click Save.

The selected posts will be tagged with the chosen labels.

Create a new campaign and label

Inside both the Campaign and Label pop-ups, you can create a new campaign folder or label using the same functionality already implemented.

  1. Click the + icon.
  2. Add the campaign or label name.
  3. Choose the desired color.
  4. Click on Create.


Important 💥

  • You cannot edit or delete existing campaigns or labels from these pop-ups. The pop-ups are only for selecting and assigning.
  • After successfully moving posts to a campaign folder or assigning labels, a confirmation message will notify you that the action has been completed.

Label & campaign interface enhancements in the composer

The Composer Module now offers an improved user interface for selecting and managing Campaigns and Labels, making it easier to organize your posts.

Accessing the campaign in the composer

Click on the Campaign button in the Composer Module. A pop-up displaying the list of previously created campaigns will appear.

Click the campaign pill to select your desired campaign. The selected campaign will now be displayed on the Campaign button, confirming your selection.

Creating a New Campaign in composer:

Click the + icon in the Campaign pop-up to create a new campaign. An extended section will appear, where you can enter the campaign name and choose a color from the palette. After entering the details, click the Create button.

The newly created campaign will be added to the list and available for selection.


Accessing the labels in composer:

Click on the Labels button in the Composer Module. A dropdown will appear with a list of pre-existing labels.

Select one or multiple labels by checking the boxes next to them.

The selected labels will be displayed on the Labels button, confirming the chosen tags for your post.

Creating a new label in composer:

Click the + icon in the Labels dropdown to create a new label. An extended section will appear, where you can enter the label name and choose a color from the palette. After entering the details, click Create.

The new label will be added to the list and available for selection.


Managing labels and campaigns in miscellaneous settings

The Miscellaneous Settings section has been updated with a new interface design for managing Campaigns and Labels.

Locate the Campaign and Label section.

The campaign pills have been updated to reflect a modern look consistent with the new design.

Click the Add New or Edit button to add or edit a campaign or label.

A newly designed pop-up will appear, allowing you to create or modify campaigns.


FAQs

Q1: Can I edit or delete campaigns and labels from the Planner?

A: No, campaigns and labels cannot be edited or deleted from the Planner pop-ups. The pop-ups are only for selecting and assigning them to posts.

Q2: How do I create a new campaign in the Composer?

A: To create a new campaign in the Composer Module, click the Campaign button, then the "+" icon in the pop-up. Enter a campaign name, select a color, and click "Create."
