This makes collaboration easier by allowing external users, approvers, or clients to view and interact with scheduled content, approve or reject posts, and add comments—all through a seamless, user-friendly interface.

How to share a calendar view

- Navigate to the Planner in ContentStudio.

- Select the Calender view to see your posts.

- Click the Share dropdown on the top and then click Share Calender.

- A pop-up window will appear with the following options:
- Title: Add a descriptive title for your shared calendar link.
- Password (Optional): Set a password to restrict access to authorized users only
- Share Notes: You can toggle the Share Notes option to share notes in the calendar view. If the Show Notes on Shareable Link option is turned on, clients or external users can see notes on the calendar view in the shared link.

- Once you've added the title and (optionally) the password, click Create.

- The link will capture your selected calendar filter (Month or Week view) and the current set of visible posts.
