How to share a calendar view

  1. 1 Go to the Planner and switch to the Calendar view to see your scheduled posts.
  2. 2 Click the Share dropdown at the top and select Share Calendar.
  1. 3 Choose whether you want to share your calendar in Month view or Week view, depending on how much data you’d like recipients to see.

  1. 4 A pop-up window will appear with the following options:
    • Title: Add a descriptive title for your shared calendar link.
    • Password (Optional): Set a password to restrict access to authorized users only.
    • Share Notes: Toggle this option to include notes in the calendar view. If enabled, recipients will be able to see notes directly in the shared calendar.
    • Sharing Options:
      • Share current view only – Recipients will see just the posts visible in your calendar at the time of sharing. Future posts won’t appear.
      • Share future content – Recipients will also see new posts as they get scheduled, so the shared calendar always stays updated.
  1. 5 Once you’ve added the title and (optionally) the password, click Create.

  1. 6 The link will capture your selected calendar filter (Month or Week view) and the current set of visible posts. Once the link is generated, simply copy and share it with your intended audience.
