External user’s view on the shared link
When an external user opens the shared link (Calender view), he will follow these steps:

- If a password was set during link creation, user will be prompted to enter the password before accessing the calendar details and click Continue.

- The default view will be the List view; to view the Calendar view, click Calendar.

- The calendar will display posts exactly as they appeared when shared (including their layout and structure). The view will respect the selected calendar filter (Month or Week View) chosen during link creation.

- Posts will be displayed date-wise with time and other details intact.

- Static Content: The shared link will not automatically update if new posts are added or existing ones are removed after the link was created.

- You can also filter the Calender based on Approved, Rejected, and Commented posts.
