1 Go to Compose → Social Post.

2 In the left panel, choose the Facebook Page where you want to publish your post.

Feed Single image or up to 10 images, or a video
Format: JPEG (JPG), PNG
File Size: max 10 MB
Aspect Ratio: must be within 4:5 to 1.91:1
Reel Only single video
Format: MOV or MP4
File Size: max 1 GB
Duration: 4s min — 60 minutes max
Aspect Ratio: recommended 9:16 to avoid cropping or black space
Story Single or up to 10 images, videos, or a mix
Image: JPEG (JPG), PNG; max 8 MB; recommended 9:16 aspect ratio
Video: MOV or MP4; max 100 MB; duration 3s–60s; recommended 1:1 aspect ratio
3 Add the caption, attach media, add relevant hashtags, or mention pages if needed.

4 Under Facebook Settings, select Post Type (Feed, Reel, or Story). You can also toggle on Also add to Story if you want to post the feed or reel as a story.

5 Now, click on Schedule and choose the date and time for your post.

✅ That’s it! Your post will be published on your selected Facebook Page as scheduled.
