What is a Workspace
A Workspace in ContentStudio is your dedicated area to manage everything related to a specific brand, business, or project.
Think of it as a digital room where all your social accounts, posts, team members, and settings for that brand live together — separate from your other projects.
Why Workspaces Matter
- Keep multiple brands or clients organized.
- Manage different social channels separately (e.g., one for Brand A, one for Brand B).
- Control who has access — invite only the right team members to each workspace.
- Maintain cleaner analytics, approvals, and publishing calendars per brand.
Each workspace includes:
- Social Accounts — the connected pages/profiles for that project.
- Planner — where you schedule and organize all posts.
- Media Library — shared visuals and videos for the team.
- Automation — bulk scheduling, RSS posts, and more.
- Settings — timezone, brand name, connected tools, and permissions.
How to Add a New Workspace
Click your Workspace name at the top-left of the dashboard.
At the bottom of the dropdown, choose Add New Workspace.
Type the Workspace Name, select the Timezone, pick the Super Admin, and upload a logo.
Click Save to create the workspace.
Manage Workspaces
Click on View All next to your workspace name.
This opens the All Workspaces view, where you can see every workspace in your account.
From here, you can create a new workspace or view existing ones.
Click the Settings icon ⚙️ next to any workspace to manage details like members, permissions, or name.

Only users with Admin or Super Admin roles can create, edit, or delete workspaces.

Yes. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its posts, media, and analytics, so make sure to export data first.
4. Can I move social accounts from one workspace to another?
No, social accounts are tied to their workspace. You’ll need to reconnect them manually in the new workspace.
