How to post on Meta Threads using ContentStudio

You can now seamlessly connect your Threads account to the ContentStudio. This integration allows you to manage and schedule your Threads posts directly from our platform, streamlining your workflow and ensuring your content is consistently engaging and timely. 📅✨

How to connect a Threads account:

Go to ContentStudio

Click on the profile picture in the top right corner. Click Social Accounts.

Click on the Connect Threads button.

If you haven't logged in to your Threads account, you'll land on the Threads login page. Enter the login details, and your account will be connected to ContentStudio.


Post on Threads via ContentStudio

Head to Compose -> Social Post.

Select the desired Threads account and compose a post. The preview is also visible on the right side of the screen.

Supported Formats:

  • Image Specifications
    • Format: JPEG and PNG image types are the officially supported formats for image posts.
    • File Size: 8 MB maximum.
    • Aspect Ratio Limit: 10:1
    • Minimum Width: 320 (will be scaled up to the minimum if necessary)
    • Maximum Width: 1440 (will be scaled down to the maximum if necessary)
    • Height: Varies (depending on width and aspect ratio)
  • Video Specifications
    • Container: MOV or MP4
    • File Size: 1 GB maximum.
  • Other Limitations
    • Text posts are limited to 500 characters.
    • Carousel posts must have 10 children and a minimum of 2 children.
    • Thread profiles are limited to 250 API-published posts within a 24-hour moving period.

To post multiple threads, toggle the Multi Threads button. The preview will be updated accordingly.

Once finalized, choose the Posting schedule or click on Post now.

The published post will look like this in the Threads. 😍

Once the post is published you can also check if all the Threads were posted successfully. Just go to the Planner and click on the post just published.
