Schedule PDF Reports

Schedule PDF emails your analytics report automatically every week or month, so clients and teammates get fresh insights without you exporting anything. Set up a schedule from the Export menu on an analytics page, such as the Overview, or from the Schedule Reports page in the Analytics sidebar. Each scheduled email covers the previous week or month, and you can send it to up to 25 email addresses.

How to Access Schedule PDF

1
Click Analytics in the left navigation bar.
2
Open the analytics page you want to report on. This guide uses Overview under Social Analytics.
3
Click Export in the top-right corner and select Schedule PDF.

Schedule PDF is also in the Export menu on the platform pages, such as Facebook or Instagram, and on Meta Ads and Campaign & Label. On Campaign & Label, select at least one campaign or label first.

Scheduling a Report from an Analytics Page

The Schedule PDF as Email window opens with the accounts from the page already selected. Fill in the details and schedule the report:

1
Export Name: ContentStudio suggests a name made up of your workspace, the page and the schedule, such as Overview · Weekly · Every Monday. Keep it or enter your own.
2
Report Language: choose the language of the report.
3
Report Type: choose how the PDF is put together. See Report Options below for what each type includes.
4
Social Accounts: add or remove accounts.
5
Sections to include: choose which sections of the page appear in the report.
6
Schedule Frequency: choose Weekly and a day of the week, or Monthly and a day of the month. The summary below the fields confirms when the report will be sent.
7
Optionally, select Save as my default for future reports so the same day is filled in the next time you schedule a report.
8
Email To: enter the addresses that should receive the report, separated by commas. You can add up to 25 email addresses. Select Send a copy to myself to receive it too.
9
Click Schedule.

A source is greyed out when there is nothing to report on yet, for example when no account of that type is connected.
