Sending posts for approval in bulk

Go to the Publisher.

Switch to either List View or Compact List View.

Select the posts you want to send for approval using the bulk selection checkboxes.

💡 Send for Approval is only available for posts with the following statuses:
  • Scheduled
  • Draft
  • In Review

Once selected, a Bulk Actions dropdown appears at the bottom of the screen. Open it and click Send for Approval.

Select one or more approvers and choose an approval condition:
  • Anyone: Approval from any one approver is enough.
  • Everyone: Approval from all selected approvers is required.
💡 Approvers marked with an exclamation icon have access to specific social accounts only.

Click Send. An email notification is sent to the selected approver(s).

How to approve a post

Approvers receive an email notification with a Review Post button.

Clicking the button redirects approvers to the In Review section of the Planner module, where all posts awaiting approval are listed.

FAQs

Q1: What happens if I select posts with ineligible statuses?

A: The Send for Approval option will be disabled.

Q2: Can I use this feature in views other than List or Compact List?

A: No, the bulk approval feature is only available in the Planner module's List View and Compact List View.

Q3: What happens if not all approvers respond?

A: For the Anyone condition, only one approval is required. All selected approvers must approve everyone's condition before the post is marked as approved.
