How to view posts analytics in Planner
Post Analytics allows users to access detailed performance insights for their posts easily. These features allow users to view post-specific analytics and seamlessly navigate to the Analyze module for more in-depth metrics. By providing quick access to relevant data, these tools help users track and optimize the performance of their social media content.

Accessing post analytics in the planner module

- Go to the Planner.

- Open the post preview from any view.
- 3
- Once you open a post preview, on the right side of the post preview modal, you will see two tabs:
- Post Discussion – Displays comments related to the post.
- Post Analytics – Provides social media-specific stats.

- Click the Post Analytics tab to view platform-specific metrics. Each social media platform has its own set of engagement and performance metrics.
How to view social account stats from post analytics

- A statement will appear at the top or bottom of the Post Analytics tab:
- "Click here to view the complete stats of {Social Account Name}."

- You can click here to view the details in the Analyze module. The specific social media account associated with the post will automatically be selected in the Analyze module.
Analytics availability based on post status
- 1
- Post Not Published Yet (e.g., Draft, Failed, Scheduled, Rejected, In Review, Missed Review, Published):
A message will appear stating:
"Analytics will be available 24 hours after the post is published. Data is synced every 24 hours."

- Published Posts:
Once the post is published, the info icon in the Post Analytics tab will display:
"New data is synced every 24 hours. You will see the latest updates after the next sync."

- Platform-Specific Analytics Limitations
Specific social media platforms have limitations or are not yet supported for analytics tracking. In these cases, the following messages will be shown:
- Post analytics for Twitter are currently unavailable due to API limitations.
- Post analytics for Google My Business are not yet available. We’re evaluating support for this platform.
- Post analytics for Threads are not yet available. We’re evaluating support for this platform.
- Post analytics for Tumblr are not yet available. We’re evaluating support for this platform.
- Post analytics for Bluesky are not yet available. We’re evaluating support for this platform.

- Unavailable Data Due to Platform Limitations
In situations where analytics data cannot be retrieved because of platform restrictions, the following message will be displayed:
"Analytics for this post are not available due to platform limitations."
FAQs
Q1: How often is my post-analytics data updated?
A: Analytics data can take 24 hours to update fully after publishing, but once it’s live, it is refreshed periodically to keep you updated on your post’s performance.
Q2: What if I don’t see any analytics for my post after it’s published?
A: If you don’t see analytics right away, it’s likely still processing. Give it 24 hours for the complete data to appear.
