Download posts as PDFs
You can now easily download your posts as PDF files directly from the Planner. This feature lets you save or share a clean, ready-to-print version of your post — perfect for approvals, reports, or record keeping.
How to Download a Post as PDF
1 Go to the Planner section in ContentStudio and locate the post you want to download. You can do this from any view (List, Calendar etc.).
2 Click the three dots (⋮) menu next to the post and select Download Post as PDF from the options.
3 The PDF will be automatically generated and downloaded to your device. You can open it to view or share the post instantly.
Note: The Download Post as PDF option is available across all Planner views, including Calendar, Feed, List, Compact List, Instagram Grid, and TikTok Grid.

1. Can I download multiple posts as PDFs at once?
Currently, posts can only be downloaded one at a time.
2. Will the PDF include images and captions?
Yes, the PDF includes the post’s media, caption, and other relevant details.
3. Is the “Download Post as PDF” option available for all social platforms?
Yes, it works for all connected social accounts supported in the Planner.
